Air-filled tires (hubless type) that soften impacts on rough roads and bumps by utilizing air pressure inside the tire. ■□■Features■□■ ■Widely used in daily life, including automobiles, bicycles, and agricultural machinery. ■Hubless air-filled tires are designed similarly to caster wheels, incorporating commercial bearings into the wheel, and are commonly used in caster fittings. ■Compared to caster wheels, hubless air-filled tires offer superior elasticity due to air pressure and are used in hand trucks in environments with poor road conditions. ■The hubless type often features small-diameter tires, while larger diameters are designed with a proper hub attached to the wheel. ■Models HC2.50-4 HL, HC3.00-4 HL, HC3.50-5 HL, and HC4.00-8 HL use tires, and the tubes are manufactured by Bridgestone. ■Individual components such as tires and tubes can also be accommodated. ■For more details, please contact us.
The air-filled tires provide excellent cushioning and have sufficient load capacity for self-propelled robots and lightweight electric carts.
The air-filled tires excel in cushioning, and while they cannot withstand heavy loads, they have sufficient load capacity for self-propelled robots and lightweight electric carts used indoors. (This structure is also adopted in some three-wheeled towing vehicles for all wheels.) Due to the pneumatic design, the rollers and auxiliary wheels have very high versatility. Main applications: drive wheels for electric carts, wheels for robots, rollers, etc. However, the disadvantages include the need for air pressure management (once a month or according to frequency) and concerns about punctures. Additionally, please be careful as the tube valve protrudes outside the tire to avoid contact. The standard air pressure setting is 3.5 kgf/cm². When making your selection, we recommend considering the advantages and disadvantages. Please prepare the bearings (hubs) separately.
